The first crown came damaged in transit, despite its great packaging. I reached out and they immediately worked with me to get a replacement. Both crowns were stunning. Great quality and HEAVY. You can really feel and see the quality and craftsmanship. The tiara and jewelery are stunning and sparkly, perfect for my daughters Quince.
